Minerva és una de les mesures que inclou el projecte Socrates de la Comissió Europea per a la promoció del coneixement a Europa. I schoolatthecity.eu és el seu portal d'entrada que he desenvolupat per a Conzentra per encàrrec de l'Ajuntament de Barcelona. Aquest és un desenvolupament 'iceberg' en tant que la major part de la feina que s'ha fet és només visible pels usuaris registrats, les ciutats que formen part del programa, i que gestionen el contingut. El usuaris anònims (el registre és tancat) tenen al seu abast un potent buscador d'activitats pedagògiques i recursos de cada ciutat integrant. Aquesta implementació de Drupal, basat en un us extensiu de cck, s'ha desenvolupat sobre un tema gràfic de Conzentra.
